Damaged or Defective Items (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or non-functional, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process a claim, we require:

Photo(s) or video clearly showing the damage or defect

Your order number and shipping details

Once received, we will work directly with our supplier (AutoDS or Zendrop) to offer you one of the following resolutions:

A replacement product at no extra charge

A full or partial refund (depending on the nature of the issue)

Returns for Non-Defective Items

Due to the nature of dropshipping and computer hardware, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect item ordered

Changed your mind

Return Shipping & Refund Timeframe

If a return is approved, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs depending on the supplier’s policy.

Refunds (if granted) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
